We went up to Ithaca again in June, staying in Lake House again. The birds were all over the lake – families of Canada Geese, great blue herons, purple martins, and mergansers. We got out on the sunfish for a couple of exciting sails with great winds. Hiked Taughannock a couple of times, and also discovered a new gorge, Lick Brook in the Sweedler and Thayer Preserve. Plus a 20 mile mike ride with nephew Jeff, though no photos of that, sadly.
