Makes 4 servings.
- 1 cup white Basmati rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 -3/4 cups water
Rinse the rice in a sieve to remove extra starch. Put rice into the cooker. Add olive oil to rice, then pour water over all to cover (also washing down any rice sticking to the sides). Pressure cook for 3 minutes, then let cool naturally for 7 minutes and release steam. Stire and serve.
