Oxford

Ben stood in the plaza in front of Blenheim Palace and did a series of shots in a 360° arc. These have been stitched together into a QuickTime VR movie. It is large, so takes a while to download, but once running in QuickTime, you can click your mouse and.move it to pan the view.

From Warwick we went down to Oxford (OK, Radley) where the kids stayed with Ben's cousin, Amatsia & family. B&K stayed at a great B&B nearby called The Castlings. Highly recommended!

The Kashti's threw on a BBQ for us that evening, and we got to spend time with the kids, who were still in school, so could not accompany us on our travels.

Next day we went to Oxford in the late morning and Olivia escaped school to guide Emily and Ariana around the Oxford shops while Ben, Kathy, and Ross poked around other parts of Oxford. In the afternoon we visited a Fete at Martha's school, from which she is graduating this year. We had a visit to the local cheese shop to pick up some lovely local cheeses, then a big pasta dinner at home.

The next day we headed off to Blenheim Palace, which is very impressive even on the second visit (for B&K). Then we poked around Oxford with Amatsia after a sumptuous lunch at The Parsonage. We shipped Amatsia back to Radley to pick up Martha from school, and headed off to look at Christ Church college (Kathy, Ariana, & Emily) and to go punting (Ben & Ross). Both sub-trips were successful, and now Ben and Ross can claim a new skill!

Finally, after saying goodbye to the Kashtis back at the ranch, we headed back in to London, and put Ross on the train to Endinburgh, where he went to visit friends for a couple of days.
