- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar (+5 tbsp)
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 pt sour cream
- 16 graham crackers (crumbs)
- 3.5 tbsp butter, melted
FILLING
Mix cheese with sugar and egg yolks
Fold in beaten whites
CRUST
Arrange cracker crumbs in pan, distribute melted butter over them
BAKE
20 minutes in 350 oven, turn off heat, leave cake for one hour in oven
TOPPING
Mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla.
Spread over cake and bake 5 more minutes
Chill until firm
