I prefer to meet between between 8am and 6pm on weekdays. I do make exceptions to this, but that's the norm. I prefer not to drive all over creation, so I like to have my meetings reasonably near where I live (Bedford, but the 128 corridor between Woburn and Waltham qualify). Sadly, none of the scheduling options to date tell you vaguely where I am (too much precision would also be bad), so location is part of the negotiation.
In these times I still prefer to meet via zoom or equivalent, or outdoors somewhere (though fine to go inside to get tea or lunch to consume outside). And if we’re meeting in person, I expect that you are vaccinated. If you’re not, please stay virtual.

Also, I’m much more likely to accept a meeting if we have already met, or you have at least reached out to me via email and I’ve suggested or agreed to a meeting.
Favorite places to meet include:
- Caffé Nero outside the Burlington Mall (there’s also one inside)
- Peet’s Coffee in Lexington Center
- Revolution Hall in Lexington
- Elsewhere in the 128 Northwest corridor.
