Kathy’s Easy Fudge

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups (7 oz jar) marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Combine sugar, butter & milk; bring to rolling boil

Cook rapidly 5 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid scorching

Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips

Add marshmallow fluff, nuts, vanilla

Beat until well blended

Put into buttered 13×9″ pan, cool, then cut into squares.
