- 1 package (4-serving size) dark chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 package (2-layer size) dark chocolate cake mix (Duncan Hines makes a good one)
- 1 package (12-oz) semi-sweet morsels
- 1-3/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- Confectioner’s sugar
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix by hand until well blended; about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly pressed with finger. Do not overbake. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and continue cooling on rack. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar, if desired.
