- 2 sticks of butter
- 8 oz chocolate (semi-sweet Baker’s)
- 4 eggs
- vanilla (optional)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 to 3/4 cup flour
Melt butter & chocolate slowly (double boiler)
Mix Eggs and sugar until white and frothy
(add vanilla to egg mixture)
add flour to egg mixture
add chocolate to egg mixture
bake at 300 – 325 degrees for about 25 minutes
