Chocolate Scotcheroos

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • Butter for 13″x9″ pan

Frosting

  • 2 cups (12-oz pkg) semisweet choc morsels
  • 1 cup (6-oz pkg) butterscotch morsels

Combine sugar & syrup. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to bubble.

Remove from heat.

Stir in peanut butter, mix well.

Add Rice Krispies; stir until well blended.

Press mixture into buttered 13″x9″ pan.

Melt frosting ingredients and spread on Rice Krispies mixture.

Let cool.
