Kathy's Easy Fudge

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups (7 oz jar) marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Combine sugar, margarine & milk; bring to rolling boil

Cook rapidly 5 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid scorching

Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips

Add marshmallow fluff, nuts, vanilla

Beat until well blended

Put into buttered 13x9" pan, cool, then cut into squares.
