Avocado Shrimp

Serves 6

  • 1 Avocado
  • 3 Tbsps (Japanese) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb (31-40ct) precooked shrimp (or you can use sashimi tuna)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (Ponzu)
  • 2 tsp wasabi paste

Peel the shrimp and cut them in half.

Cut the avocado into 1/2 inch cubes.

In a medium bowl, combine mayo, soy sauce, and wasabi paste.

Add the avocado & shrimp and mix well.
