- 1 Avocado
- 3 Tbsps (Japanese) mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb (31-40ct) precooked shrimp (or you can use sashimi tuna)
- 1 tsp soy sauce (Ponzu)
- 2 tsp wasabi paste
Peel the shrimp and cut them in half.
Cut the avocado into 1/2 inch cubes.
In a medium bowl, combine mayo, soy sauce, and wasabi paste.
Add the avocado & shrimp and mix well.
